Job Description:
Strategic HR Leadership & Site Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, translating business priorities into practical people strategies and clear execution plans.
- Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Provide coaching and consultation to leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational impact.
HR Operations (End-to-End Ownership)
- Ensure smooth delivery of core HR services through the HR team, including staffing, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee records/data governance.
- Maintain strong workforce governance: headcount control, organization structure accuracy, and salary/headcount reporting discipline.
- Oversee annual salary and budget cycles, ensuring data quality, approvals readiness, and alignment to workforce plans.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Lead resolution of sensitive employee relations matters with a fair, consistent, and business-minded approach.
- Build manager capability by guiding and training leaders on performance management standards, tools, and expected behaviors.
Leadership Development & Learning Strategy
- Enable leadership and functional capability growth through structured learning and development initiatives aligned with the company competency framework.
- Support the design and rollout of site learning priorities for both leaders and individual contributors, working closely with manufacturing trainers.
Organization Development & Change Enablement
- Lead organizational development efforts and change management programs to support transformation, growth, and operational effectiveness.
- Diagnose organizational issues, recommend solutions, and drive implementation with measurable outcomes.
Compliance, Controls & Audit Readiness
- Ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws, internal policies, and corporate responsibility standards.
- Own HR audit readiness and executionensuring processes, documentation, and internal controls meet both legal and corporate requirements.
- Partner closely with site finance/compliance stakeholders to maintain strong internal control discipline.
People Leadership & HR Capability Building
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR organization, building bench strength and improving functional depth.
- Establish clear accountability through competency mapping and responsibility matrices (e.g., RACI/RR), and continuously upgrade team capability.
Experience
- 20+ years across across HR Operations and (L&D)
- At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role with a proven record of leading large teams and complex manufacturing environments.
- Strong advantage for candidates with multinational / high-technology manufacturing exposure and large workforce coverage.

- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Thai employment law, compensation & benefits practices, and performance management frameworks.
