HR Director will be responsible for driving talent management and organizational strategies within the Test and Assembly Manufacturing Plants
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and resolving workforce issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, corporate social responsibility standards, and internal policies and procedures.
- Guarantee adherence to legal requirements, company policies, and organizational values.
- Lead the HR team in daily operations such as staffing, payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
- Oversee the salary approval process, ensuring accurate maintenance of the salary budget, headcount files, and organizational charts.
- Provide coaching and consulting to leadership to enhance management skills, organizational effectiveness, and their contributions to company success.
- Support the development of both leaders and employees through training initiatives based on a company-wide competency framework.
- Guide the performance management process by offering training and support to improve employee outcomes.
- Design and implement organizational development and change management initiatives as necessary.
- Lead and manage HR audits to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations.
- Serve as a role model for organizational values, promoting a performance-driven culture.
- Foster continuous development within the HR team to support departmental goals and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; an MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 15 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development, including a minimum of 7 years in a leadership HR role. Experience in a high-tech, multinational environment is preferred with strong experience in Employee Relations (National award)
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills to achieve results in a matrixes organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, managerial, and coaching abilities.

- Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws, policies, benefits management, compensation, and performance management systems.
