Key Responsibilities

- Oversee recruitment and selection initiatives, talent development, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain robust performance management and capability-building frameworks.

- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance with labor laws.
- Deliver efficient HR operations, covering payroll, benefits, and employee administration.
- Establish and monitor HR policies, KPIs, and governance standards.

- Drive organizational development and support business transformation initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12+ years HR experience with 5+ in HR leadership, ideally in large corporate environments.
- Proven expertise with local labor law and HR best practices; experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
