Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR function all process for logistics-related positions (Freight Forwarding, Warehouse, Transportation)
  • Coordinate with Chinese-speaking managers, partners, and overseas team
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and company regulations.
  • Work closely with department managers to resolve workplace issues.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documents (contracts, renewals, promotions).
  • Communicate and coordinate with Chinese teams regarding HR-related matters.
  • Translate simple documents (ChineseThai or ChineseEnglish).
  • Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Update HR policies and monitor compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations (experience in logistics is a plus).
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese (speaking) and good command of English.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes: recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with overseas teams.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and basic HR compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
