Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, identifying suitable candidates, and posting openings on various job portals and digital platforms.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates whose qualifications, experience, and skill sets align with the company's hiring requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability, provide information about the job role, and guide candidates through the subsequent stages of recruitment.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers as well as candidates to schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth, structured, and efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records by updating candidate information, interview evaluations, and hiring progress, while also assisting with onboarding procedures and HR documentation preparation.
