Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, training, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing benefits and compensation programs. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to create a positive and productive workplace culture, while implementing policies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and recruitment strategies
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance policies, and HR best practices
• Skills in organizational planning, performance management, and staff development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency with HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
• Proven experience in managerial roles in human resources or related positions
• Fluency in English and Thai is preferred
