We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to support our Thailand team. This role covers not only Talent Acquisition but also broader HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage employee relations and HR inquiries
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs
- Monitor probation period & KPI/performance review process
- Support HRBP functions and work closely with department managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 13 years of HR experience (TA + generalist exposure)
- Understanding of Thailand labor law is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
