HR Specialist Thailand
We're looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Specialist to support and grow our Thailand team. If you're passionate about building strong teams, improving employee experience, and working closely with business leaders in a fast-paced environment this role is for you.
This position goes beyond Talent Acquisition. You will play an important role in strengthening HR operations, supporting business growth, and ensuring smooth people processes across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Thailand team, from sourcing to onboarding
- Support HR operations and employee lifecycle management (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, documentation)
- Handle end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
- Partner with business leaders to support people strategies and organizational needs
- Maintain and update HR policies and internal processes in line with local regulations
- Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with Thailand labor regulations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 24 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, or similar roles
- Experience handling payroll processes is a strong advantage
- Familiar with Thailand labor law and HR practices
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
