About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our local operations in Vietnam, Indonesia, or Thailand. This role will work closely with local employees and our China headquarters, covering day-to-day HR operations while supporting recruitment, employee development, and local HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide HR support to local employees and business teams.
* Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, transfers, and offboarding.
* Coordinate payroll, attendance, benefits, employee records, and other HR administration.
* Support performance management, employee training, and development initiatives.
* Handle employee relations matters and provide timely HR advice and support.
* Work closely with the China headquarters and local management to implement HR policies and initiatives.
* Support local HR compliance and ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable labor laws and regulations.
* Prepare regular HR reports and provide HR data and insights to management.
* Support other HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of HR experience, preferably with solid experience in the local market.
* Strong hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee administration, and employee relations.
* Good knowledge of local labor laws, HR practices, and statutory requirements.
* Strong business English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
* Experience working in a multinational company or Chinese company is preferred.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with both local teams and China headquarters.
