Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall in recruitment and hiring process such as draft and post job advertisement on all recruitment channels, Searching and Screen proper candidates to meet the requirements. Basic phone interview before make the appointment .
2. To be the lead interview with department manager and follow up the interview result
3. make the orientation schedule and be trainer in part of HR & Admin every month and development and management of an annual training plan Handle with employee enrollment , probation, labor contract update, leave processing (Resignation) and update the labor record in time.
4. Other jobs assign by manager

quality

1. Bachelor degree
2. Business English proficiency
3. 5 years of experience in recruitment.
4. Good command of MS word, Excel, Power Point.
5. Has skill for searching specialist candidate from many source job website
6. Be familiar with labor law & regulation of Thailand and can be applied into actual work.
