As we accelerate our global expansion, we are seeking a strategic leader to drive our international growth and expansion.

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to lead and manage Payroll and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) functions. This role ensures accurate payroll operations, competitive compensation structures, and effective benefits administration while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also supervises junior HR staff and drives process improvements to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management & Control

  • Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing (salary, OT, allowances, commissions, deductions)
  • Review and validate payroll data to ensure 100% accuracy before payment
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, social security, provident fund)
  • Manage payroll timelines and resolve discrepancies or issues
  • Handle final payments, severance, and off-cycle payroll

2. Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Support and manage salary structure, job grading, and compensation framework
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations to management
  • Manage annual salary review, bonus, and incentive calculations
  • Administer employee benefits (insurance, social security, allowances, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external vendors (insurance providers, payroll systems)

3. Team Supervision & Process Improvement

  • Supervise and guide HR Officers/Payroll staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Review team outputs and ensure service quality and accuracy
  • Improve payroll and C&B processes, systems, and policies for efficiency
  • Participate in HR system implementation or enhancement projects

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure payroll and benefits practices comply with labor law and internal policies
  • Prepare payroll reports, headcount reports, and C&B analytics
  • Support internal/external audits related to payroll and compensation
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation

5. Employee Support & HR Operations

  • Act as escalation point for payroll and benefits-related inquiries
  • Provide professional advice to employees and managers on C&B matters
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes related to payroll and benefits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior role
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, tax, and social security regulations
  • Experience with HRIS / Payroll systems (e.g., Empeo, SAP, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, data analysis)
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
