Job Description

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all local positions in Thailand, including channel development, resume screening, interview coordination, offer extension, and onboarding formalities, ensuring timely fulfillment of business hiring needs.
  2. Compensation, Benefits & Attendance Management – Oversee monthly payroll calculation, social security and personal income tax filing, and manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll disbursement.
  3. Employee Relations & Daily HR Services – Manage the full life cycle of employee labor contracts, address day-to-day employee inquiries and basic labor relations matters, and organize team-building and cultural activities to promote integration between Chinese and Thai teams.
  4. Expatriate Support & Government Affairs – Handle work visas, work permits, 90-day reporting, and other formalities for expatriate employees; liaise with Thai government agencies such as the Department of Labor and Social Security Office, and submit statutory reports on time.
  5. Policy Implementation & Compliance – Support the development of local HR operational guidelines within the headquarters policy framework; continuously monitor changes in labor laws and BOI regulations to ensure full legal compliance in all employment practices.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of relevant HR experience; prior experience in a Chinese-invested enterprise or multinational company in Thailand is preferred.
  • Language Skills:
  • English: Business-level proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (frequent written/oral communication with headquarters in English required).
  • Thai: Fluent (for interacting with local employees and government agencies).
  • Chinese: Mandarin communication skills are a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Thai labor law, social security, personal income tax, and expatriate visa/work permit procedures.
  • Strong execution skills with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach; proven ability to communicate across cultures and solve problems independently.
