Role Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for both office and restaurant operations staff.

• Source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Prepare employment contracts and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

2. Payroll & Time Attendance (TA)

• Oversee and verify daily time attendance records, including shifts, overtime, and leave management.

• Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring all deductions and additions (Service Charge, Allowances) are calculated correctly.

• Handle Social Security (SSO) registrations (Form 1-03/1-03/1) and monthly contributions.

• Prepare and submit monthly and annual withholding income tax (P.N.D. 1).

3. Restaurant & Administrative Compliance

• Manage the application and renewal of specialized licenses: Restaurant Licenses and Liquor/Tobacco Licenses.

• Airport Operations Support: Coordinate the application for Airport Entry Permits (Passes) for staff at Suvarnabhumi or other restricted areas.

• Maintain an organized filing system for all company legal documents and employee records.

4. Employee Relations & Benefits

• Administer Group Insurance and other staff welfare programs.

• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Recruitment and Payroll
  • Fluency in English and Thai is preferred
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and ability to implement and manage regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise HR teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
