Indirect Procurement and Business PMO Leader

Overview:

This is a strategic business role within UNIQLO THAILAND CO.,LTD. in Fast Retailing Group, designed to go beyond traditional procurement. The position drives structural cost transformation across global indirect spend while simultaneously acting as a Business PMO for new business domains and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Procurement experience is not mandatory. The role targets candidates with strong business acumen, financial literacy, and the ability to lead cross-functional change, and serves as a clear gateway to Business PMO, senior management, and CFO-track careers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural reform and competitiveness improvement of global indirect spend.
• Conduct supplier financial and business risk assessments using P/L and B/S analysis.
• Drive supplier management with a focus on long-term sustainability and continuity.
• Reform procurement processes and governance to improve speed, efficiency, and transparency.
• Act as Business PMO for cross-functional transformation projects and new business areas.

Qualifications:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in business management, corporate finance, consulting, or PMO roles.
• Experience leading transformation, cost reform, or strategic projects.
• Knowledge of IT, logistics, or marketing-related cost structures.
• Strong ability to identify and solve structural business issues using data.
• Financial literacy sufficient to interpret P/L and B/S for supplier risk evaluation.
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Business-level English communication ability (TOEIC 700+ equivalent).

Working Hour:

• Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00 (Able to work overtime or in holiday due to business need)
