In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create powerful brand partnerships that resonate with diverse audiences. You'll play a key part in shaping our influencer marketing strategy and driving the success of our campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying KOLs: Able to source and categorize influential individuals in various industries or communities.
- Building Relationships: Reach out to KOLs, foster connections, and negotiate partnership agreements, compensation terms, and deliverables with KOLs to ensure mutual benefit.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with KOLs to create content and campaigns that align with our brand to boost overall impression
- Tracking Performance: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results (IMP、CPM,.etc)
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Proficiency in English is required for work. Outstanding recent graduates from top-tier universities are welcome to apply.
- Experience & Resources:
- Junior KOL Business Development: Strong learning agility and execution skills, good communication and coordination abilities, capable of driving projects systematically and achieving closed-loop execution. We especially welcome recent graduates from top universities who are quick learners and have a pioneering mindset.
- Senior KOL Business Development: Excellent business negotiation and resource integration skills, able to independently handle mid- to high-level partnership discussions. Candidates with existing mid- to high-tier KOL resources are preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong execution and negotiation abilities, adept at coordination, resilient under pressure, and with a results-driven mindset.
