Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing sales plans, identifying New Business opportunities, and building and nurturing client relationships. The role also entails negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, analysing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's logistics offerings. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to represent the company in the local market, drive growth in key sectors, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in logistics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • New Business Acquisition & Development
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management, with experience in sectors Mainly Sea Freight.
  • Proficient analytical and market research skills to evaluate industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead client interactions, foster teamwork, and represent the company professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
  • Familiarity with the Thai market and relevant industry regulations is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English required; knowledge of Thai or other local languages is a plus.
