Position Summary
We are seeking a TikTok Marketing & Influencer Specialist to join GMEELAN in Thailand You will be responsible for developing and executing our TikTok strategy and influencer campaigns in the beauty and skincare sector, driving brand growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute TikTok content and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and conversions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: identify, negotiate with, and manage KOLs; oversee content creation and performance.
- Analyze campaign data (Impressions, Engagement, ROI) and optimize based on insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (E-commerce, Product) to align campaigns with business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media or influencer marketing, with specific experience in the beauty/skincare industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful TikTok campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with social media analytics tools.
- Excellent command of English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Pasig, Philippines.
Preferred
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok's platform and advertising tools.
- Understanding of the Philippine or Southeast Asian beauty market.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
