IT Software Project Manager (Banking)

Location: Chaengwattana, Bangkok

Contract Type: 1-year contract (extension subject to business needs)

Salary Range: 100,000 – 130,000 THB per month

Role Summary

The IT Software Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of software development projects within a banking environment. This role works closely with business and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for IT software initiatives
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements and project plans
• Track progress, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, including security and quality standards
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in IT project management within banking or financial services
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and system integration
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication skills in Thai and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital or core banking projects
• Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-related initiatives
