Infrastructure & Cloud (AWS) Administrator

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and highly experienced Senior Infrastructure & Cloud (AWS) Administrator to oversee and maintain the company's critical IT infrastructure in Thailand.

This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of cloud and on-premise systems, while closely coordinating AWS operations with the Korean Head Office.

The position covers system and network administration, identity and access management, IT asset lifecycle management, and security operations. Strong English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with international teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cloud & AWS Operations

• Manage and maintain local AWS operations and basic configurations in alignment with global standards and in close coordination with the Korean Head Office.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security of the AWS environment.
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) for AWS-related issues in collaboration with HQ.

2. Infrastructure & System Administration

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of overall IT infrastructure, including on-premise or co-located hardware, network equipment, and operating systems (Linux / Windows Server).
• Administer and manage Google Workspace (GWS), including user lifecycle, security policies, and application configurations.
• Maintain core business systems and applications to ensure stability and availability.
• Design, implement, and regularly test backup and disaster recovery plans for critical systems and data.

3. IT Asset Management & Vendor Coordination

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (PCs, laptops, peripherals), including procurement, inventory control, deployment, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers, including contract and service management support.

4. Security, Firewall & Identity Access Management

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, including security policies and VPN settings.
• Manage and enhance the in-house Account Management System.
• Control company-wide system accounts, access rights, and security policies.
• Enforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices across AWS and internal systems, following the principle of least privilege.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–9 years of experience in Infrastructure, System Administration, AWS Administration, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure management (mandatory core requirement).
• Mandatory hands-on experience with FortiGate firewall administration, including configuration, policy management, and VPN setup.
• Solid experience in Infrastructure / System Administration, including operating environments such as Linux and Windows Server.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Proven experience administering Google Workspace, including security controls, user management, and compliance settings.
• Experience in user access control and lifecycle management, including custom or in-house Account Management Systems.
• Basic scripting / automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience in IT asset management and IT procurement processes.
• Thai nationality only.
• Good conversational English skills to communicate effectively with international teams and vendors.
