Role Summary
Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure in Thailand, covering AWS operations, system and network administration, security, and access management. The role works closely with the Korean Head Office to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage local AWS operations in coordination with Korean Head Office.
- Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, Linux/Windows systems, and Google Workspace.
- Monitor system performance, security, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Configure and manage FortiGate firewall, VPN, and network security.
- Manage system accounts, access rights, IAM, and internal account management systems.
- Oversee IT asset management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications
- 4–9 years of experience in Infrastructure, System, or AWS Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Linux/Windows Server, and virtualization.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and FortiGate firewall.
- Knowledge of IAM, security, and access management.
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- Good English communication skills.
