Maintenance: Perform routine health checks, patch management, and backups for CCTV and biometric attendance systems.
Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware, storage, and network incidents to ensure high availability and data integrity.
Infrastructure: Plan, install, and optimize network solutions and server resources for high-demand video streaming and facial recognition data.
Security & Compliance
Data Governance: Manage access controls, user permissions, and retention policies.
Cybersecurity: Partner with Corp IT to ensure infrastructure aligns with data protection standards and security policies.
Project Management & Enhancement
Infrastructure Projects: Lead IT systems project, design network architecture, manage vendors, and support the PMO to coordinate between SecOps, Product, and Ops teams.
Migration: Design and execute migration plans, including data transfer and system reconfigurations.
Documentation & Audits
Reporting: Track server performance, maintenance logs, and project milestones.
Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation to support internal and external IT audits.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Communication engineering or related technical discipline.
0-2 years of experience in server maintenance (experience in industrial facilities preferred).
Strong foundation of knowledge in IT network system
Experienced in designing network architecture and network services
Familiarity with CCTV systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Milestone) and facial recognition or attendance management software., And, Network devices Cisco, Huawei and so on
Strong troubleshooting knowledge of IP-based surveillance systems, networking basics, and structured cabling.
Familiarity with VMS platforms and video retention protocols.
Physically fit to perform work at heights, mezzanines, and in confined spaces.
