We are seeking a self-driven, passionate, and versatile individual to join our team of Innovation Analysts at the Bangkok Bank Innovation Department. In this role, you will be responsible for actively tracking the latest developments in the FinTech and related industries from both the supply and demand side. Your duties will include identifying opportunities and threats on the horizon, summarizing relevant information, and providing analysis and recommendations on potential strategic actions such as partnerships, technology adoption, or direct competition.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor the technological, business and regulatory landscape, extract and verify information, and provide analysis and recommendations on strategic actions in response to identified opportunities and threats
- Support the Innovation Department in identifying and understanding business opportunities and threats
- Source and select technology solutions or ecosystem partners that can be strategically beneficial for Bangkok Bank
- Assist the Bangkok Bank Investment Department, Bualuang Ventures, affiliated companies, and partners with investment and partnership due diligence efforts
- Support ad hoc analysis and urgent requests from senior executives, including the preparation of presentation materials for conferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience, in a field such as business, engineering, innovation, or startups
- Strong innovation skills and ability to think creatively and execute projects to completion
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in English and Thai, both verbally and in writing
- Bonus experience: product development, IT project management, startup experience, and knowledge of the financial industry
