We are seeking a self-driven, passionate, and versatile individual to join our team of Innovation Analysts at Bangkok Bank's Innovation Department. In this role, you will actively track the latest technology developments in relevant industries from both technology provider and market demand perspectives. You will identify emerging opportunities and threats, prepare concise summaries of your findings, and analyse potential strategic actions, including partnerships, technology adoption, in-house development, and competitive responses.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor developments across FinTech and adjacent industries, validate relevant information, and translate insights into analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Identify emerging business opportunities, market shifts, and potential threats that may impact the Bank's innovation agenda.
• Source and evaluate technology solutions, startups, and ecosystem partners that may create strategic value for Bangkok Bank through partnerships, investments, or innovation initiatives.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, and due diligence analyses, working collaboratively with other teams within the Bank, the Bank's affiliates, and external partners as needed.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across business, IT, legal, compliance, and risk, and prepare ad hoc analyses and executive-ready materials for senior management, conferences, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience, in business, engineering, innovation, entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Strong logical thinking, analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and execution skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Thai and English
• Preferred experience includes strategy, product development, IT project management, startup environments or the financial services industry
