Job Description

  • Call and follow up with in-house leads to promote and sell exhibition stalls and sponsorship packages.
  • Contact brands, exhibitors, and potential sponsors via calls, emails, and meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Present event concepts, exhibition ideas, proposals, and sponsorship opportunities to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and share sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, exhibitors, and sponsors.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while ensuring mutual value for both clients and the company.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, lead tracking, and CRM data.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company and generate leads.
