As we accelerate our global expansion, we are seeking a strategic leader to drive our international growth and expansion.

The International Business Development Manager is responsible for driving BioActivePlus's market penetration and revenue growth across Southeast Asian markets. This role focuses on identifying and capturing business opportunities, building distributor and partner networks, and executing market entry strategies across key SEA countries including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute market entry and expansion plans for assigned SEA markets in alignment with the company's international growth strategy
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors, agents, and channel partners across SEA countries
  • Lead commercial negotiations and finalize partnership agreements with SEA-based distributors and retail partners
  • Build and actively manage a pipeline of business development opportunities across the SEA region
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and regulatory assessments for target SEA markets
  • Develop market-appropriate pricing, promotional strategies, and commercial terms for SEA partners
  • Represent BioActivePlus at regional trade shows, industry events, and government trade missions across SEA
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams on product localization, labeling, and regulatory compliance for each SEA market
  • Monitor partner performance, provide ongoing business support, and report SEA market results to the Director of International Business Development

Qualification Requeirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or trade with at least 2 years focused on SEA markets
  • Proven track record of building distributor or channel partner networks in one or more SEA countries
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience working across diverse Southeast Asian cultures and business environments
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai plus any SEA language (e.g., Vietnamese, Bahasa, Tagalog) is a strong advantage
