About The Role
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will support the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and business growth across various online channels. Working closely with the Performance Marketing team in Thailand, you will gain hands-on experience in campaign operations, media implementation, creative adaptation, and performance analysis in a fast-paced regional environment.
Job Description
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting campaign execution, optimising digital assets, and assisting with media performance tracking. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world marketing efforts in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist in creating ad banners for social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.) by using AI tools and/or Canva, and Adapt digital assets (banners, visuals, landing pages) to formats needed for digital projects and ensure proper execution - 30%
- Support campaign management to ensure campaigns meet key performance goals (e.g., revenue, profit, ROAS, ROI) - 30%
- Assist in media implementation by setting up and monitoring media tracking tools to capture key performance data and ensure accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness - 30%
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between teams (creative, content, data) to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution - 10%
What We're Looking For
- You're currently studying in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any other related field.
- Strong interest in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Online Advertising.
- You're a quick learner and willing to dive in and get hands-on experience.
- You're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva, or AI creative tools.
- You're a great communicator and enjoy collaborating with different teams.
- Able to join the program for at least 3 months (can be extended based on performance).
