Investment Banking Associate

Trinity Securities Co., Ltd. is seeking a talented and motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our Investment Banking team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and maintain financial models, e.g. Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), comparative valuation, and other relevant

- Manage and analyze financial analysis and projection

- Conduct in-depth research on companies and industries, review financial statements, and assist with the due diligence process

- Assist in due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and other advisory teams

- Assist in the preparation of filings and documentation for IPOs, Underwriting, IFA, Tender Offer, and M&A transactions

- Act as a direct point of contact for clients, participate in client meetings, and present analyses and strategic recommendations

- Develop pitch books, teasers, and roadshow presentations, and other marketing materials to support business development and investors and clients

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or any related field

- Background and professional experience in financial advisory and securities underwriting

- At least 1 - 2 years of work experience (e.g. investment banking, consulting, financial analyst, etc.)

- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel

- Excellent command of English and Thai (both written and spoken)

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
