Position: Investments (M&A)
Level: Department Manager
Location: Bangkok, SM Tower Building
Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses for and support the execution of selected strategic projects, including business performance improvement, growth strategies, acquisitions in new markets, etc
- Conduct extensive analysis on potential investments, including in-depth financial modeling.
- Manage the due diligence process, including overseeing commercial, accounting, tax, and legal diligence advisors.
- Assist with the development, monitoring and reporting of operational initiatives of portfolio assets.
- Draft and present oral and written materials to management.
- Provide analytical support and research to assess performance of the OpCos versus agreed strategy.
- Provide Executive support to facilitate efficient decision-making.
Qualifications
- 6-9 years of professional experience within corporate finance - mandatory experience within investment banking, private equity or in-house M&A roles
- Strong understanding of fundamental business analysis.
- Superior analytical and financial modeling skills, and a solid grasp of financial concepts.
- Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills; attention to detail.
- Strong English language skills mandatory
