As a Guru You Will Be Accountable For
- Execute and monitor daily ad campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, DDproperty), ensuring 100% setup accuracy (Zero Error) and on-time launches.
- Manage property listings on DDproperty and conduct QA on pricing, copy, and creatives to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage operational tasks, including budget monitoring and lead delivery, to ensure alignment with defined SLAs and targets.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends in lead quality and cost-efficiency (CPL).
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights to support the team in optimizing strategies.
- Collaborate on testing new platforms and audiences (e.g., TikTok Ads) to expand our reach and effectiveness.
- Coordinate effectively with the Sales team and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Build trust and satisfaction with clients through high standards of service, professionalism, and clear communication.
- Demonstrate a Growth Mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, adapt to changes, and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Client Service (New graduates with a strong passion for learning are welcome).
- Basic understanding of online advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for data management and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Excellent service mind and communication skills, able to handle client inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Able to communicate well in Thai and have a good understanding of written English.
- A proactive team player who is eager to learn and can adapt to changing situations with ease.
