Job Overview

The Live Creative Producer is responsible for developing and executing engaging live commerce content that drives audience engagement and conversion across social platforms, particularly TikTok Live.

This role focuses on creating compelling live formats, storytelling concepts, and promotional video content that attract viewers and maximize sales performance. The position plays a key role in differentiating Ripples live content through creativity, trend awareness, and strong execution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, trend-driven, and passionate about content, with the ability to translate product features into engaging storytelling that resonates with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging, on-brand live content formats that capture audience attention and drive sales performance
  • Create and test new creative concepts and storytelling approaches to enhance live session engagement and differentiation
  • Oversee the end-to-end live production process, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output
  • Collaborate with hosts, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective live commerce campaigns
  • Produce and edit short-form traffic videos to drive awareness and viewership for upcoming live sessions
  • Monitor live performance and optimize content strategies based on engagement, conversion, and audience behavior
  • Stay up to date with TikTok trends, live commerce formats, and consumer behavior to continuously improve content quality
  • Lead or support special projects as assigned, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of performance targets

Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–4 years of experience in content creation, live production, digital media, or related fields
  • Experience in social commerce, live streaming, or agency environments is an advantage

Skills & Competencies


  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
  • Passion for content creation and audience engagement
  • Understanding of social media culture, especially TikTok and live commerce trends
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong growth mindset

Technical Skills


  • Basic to intermediate skills in video production and editing
  • Familiarity with tools such as TikTok Live Studio, OBS, or similar streaming platforms is a plus
  • Understanding of basic camera setups, lighting, and sound systems is an advantage
