About the Role

Trip.com is looking for a Social Media Intern to support the creation and execution of engaging social media content for the Thailand market.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly social media savvy, actively follows online trends, and understands platform-native content styles that perform well across different social platforms. We are looking for a content-driven creator who enjoys producing short-form videos, experimenting with new formats, and turning trends into engaging social media content.

The intern will work closely with the social media and marketing team to conceptualize, produce, and publish content, support campaign communications, and contribute to growing brand awareness across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Lemon8.

This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, short-form video production, and social media marketing within a leading global travel platform.

Key Responsibilities

-Support the planning and execution of social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Lemon8.

-Produce short-form video content from ideation to execution, including filming, editing, and publishing UGC-style content

-Create simple visual assets and social posts (e.g., artwork, Reels covers, story visuals, etc.) to support daily content and campaigns.

-Support the distribution of promotional and marketing messages through Facebook and Instagram broadcast channels

-Assist in the day-to-day operations of the social media team, including content scheduling, coordination, and campaign support

-Provide general support and undertake ad hoc tasks as required to support social media initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

-Currently pursuing with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields

-Strong understanding of social media trends, viral formats, and platform-specific content styles, especially on TikTok and Lemon8.

-Familiar with content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools

-Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

-Good communication in Thai/English and strong collaboration skills.
