Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive sales revenue through TVC (Television Commerce) and broadcast shopping channels, ensuring consistent volume growth and profitability.
- Develop and manage strong commercial partnerships with major TV stations and broadcast platforms (e.g., TV5, Nation TV, TV9, My Choice, and other shopping channels).
- Negotiate airtime packages, product placement slots, campaign mechanics, promotional bundles, and trade terms to maximize sell-through performance.
- Lead sales forecasting and pipeline planning for TVC channel, including demand planning, campaign-based volume estimation, and sell-in vs sell-out tracking.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within broadcast, livestream TV, cross-border TV shopping, and alternative media-driven commerce platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory readiness, pricing alignment, margin control, and replenishment planning.
- Work with Brand & Marketing teams to design TVC-specific promotional strategies, script positioning, product storytelling angles, and value bundles.
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, campaign ROI, conversion metrics, and product ranking across TVC programs.
- Conduct margin analysis and basic P&L tracking for products sold through TVC channel to ensure commercial sustainability.
- Track competitor campaigns, pricing trends, and program formats to identify growth opportunities and competitive differentiation.
- Provide structured weekly and monthly business reports to Commercial Manager covering revenue performance, pipeline outlook, risks, and expansion plans.
- Support long-term channel strategy by exploring adjacent sales channels such as digital TV shopping, social commerce integration, and co-branded media campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in sales, key account management, media commerce, TV shopping, FMCG, or alternative sales channels.
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage trade terms, promotional investment, and airtime cost structure.
- Experience in forecasting sales volume and managing campaign-based sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of pricing strategy, margin structure, and promotional ROI.
- Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable commercial insights.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills with merchandising, brand, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
- Energetic, commercially driven, and proactive in expanding sales opportunities.
- Comfortable presenting products and business plans to external partners and internal stakeholders.
