Job Description

** Japanese and/or English Speaker**

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationship with existing customer and get prospective customers for assign zone.
  • Develop sales plans/sales monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis, and identify business opportunities with customers
  • Manage NPD pipeline and forecasting.
  • Ownership of end-to-end process, from product development to shipment delivery
  • Manage supporting teams/ persons to achieve customer's expectation or address issues for customers.
  • Deeply understand responsible accounts to be able to create product potential product pipeline, pitches and sales opportunities
  • Lead internal meeting or meeting with customers in Thai / English / Japanese.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in international sales in food industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation skills
  • strong positive attitude
  • Ability to travel upcountry and/or oversea individually
  • Self-study and self-improvement
  • Intermediate Excel, powerpoint, AI Proficiency
  • Decent logical thinking
  • Open minded and Growth mindset
  • Proficient in Japanese and English
  • Own a driver license and a car
