Responsibilities
- Build strong relationship with existing customer and get prospective customers for assign zone.
- Develop sales plans/sales monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis, and identify business opportunities with customers
- Manage NPD pipeline and forecasting.
- Ownership of end-to-end process, from product development to shipment delivery
- Manage supporting teams/ persons to achieve customer's expectation or address issues for customers.
- Deeply understand responsible accounts to be able to create product potential product pipeline, pitches and sales opportunities
- Lead internal meeting or meeting with customers in Thai / English / Japanese.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in international sales in food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation skills
- strong positive attitude
- Ability to travel upcountry and/or oversea individually
- Self-study and self-improvement
- Intermediate Excel, powerpoint, AI Proficiency
- Decent logical thinking
- Open minded and Growth mindset
- Proficient in Japanese and English
- Own a driver license and a car
