Job Summary:
- Develop strategic plans to grow pharma business with major accounts, builds relationships with key decision-makers and KOLs
- Acts as a strong business partner and play an active role in growing existing business and new product launches with associates.
- Ensures product access and sales targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with business associates cross functional teams to create value-driven solutions.
- Work closely with business associates to ensure and facilitate smooth running of operations.
- Analyse industry trends, identify and explore new opportunities to grow the business.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with Business associates to develop and execute long-term plans for key accounts (hospitals, pharmacy chains) to achieve sales goals, market share, and product listing.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, strategic partnerships with Key Decision Makers (KDMs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in hospitals.
- Sales & Business Growth: Drive sales, negotiate contracts, and secure product access / reimbursement within accounts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Business Partners market access team, marketing and medical team to drive medico marketing initiatives like conference participation, CMEs.
- Marketing Support: Provide support for product promotion brochures and presentation slides for HCPs as per local guidelines.
- Market Insight: Analyze account data, conduct gap analysis and adapt strategies to market changes.
- Training: Conduct and ensure timely business associates training for successful product launches.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets (A&P) and ensure effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to local regulations (e.g., FDA Thailand).
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPI and product promotion effectiveness.
Functional/Technical Skills or Industry Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years in Pharma Sales/KAM, with a strong sales track record and proven experience in account management.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication (English/Thai), analytical (Excel), strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
- Fluent in business communications and can effectively express self and ideas.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Hands on experience on Excel, PPT
- Demonstrate high level of integrity and ethics.
- Pharma industry experience is must.
