Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition and management of
Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional partners. This strategic role is essential to
driving regional growth, increasing trading volume, and expanding brand presence. You will
report directly to the Head of Sales and play a key role in executing the companys global
expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, onboard, and manage IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
- Build strong, revenue-generating relationships with partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and incentive structures.
- Monitor partner performance and optimise ROI.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B business development or partnerships within fintech or online trading.
- Strong, demonstrable relationships with active IBs.
- Proven success in partner acquisition and revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of forex, CFDs, and trading platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and partner performance tracking.
- Knowledge of financial services regulation (preferred)
