Job Description

1. Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations with CVS key accounts (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lotus's Go Fresh, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor account performance and develop strategies to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.

2. Sales & Negotiation

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, promotions, new product listings, and business reviews.
  • Negotiate trading terms, visibility, and promotional activities to maximize ROI.
  • Lead annual/quarterly business planning with CVS buyers.

3. Promotion & Trade Activities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor in-store promotions, campaigns, and merchandising activities.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of all activities.
  • Track promotion effectiveness and analyze ROI.

4. Data & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities within the CVS channel.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Monitor OOS (out-of-stock), distribution gaps, and store-level performance.

5. NPD (New Product Development) Coordination

  • Work closely with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to launch NPD into CVS channels.
  • Coordinate sampling, costing, product specs, and sell-in presentations to buyers.
  • Evaluate post-launch performance and recommend improvements.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, trade marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
  • Resolve operational issues such as replenishment, billing, stock accuracy, and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 35 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Modern Trade (FMCG/food industry preferred).
  • Experience working with CVS accounts (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
