Modern Trade Sales Manager

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Are you ready to build something from the ground up Join i-Tail Corporation PCL, a global leader in pet food innovation, as our Modern Trade Sales Manager and take charge of expanding our presence in modern trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate modern trade channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, pet and convenience chains).
  • Identify and approach potential partners, negotiate terms, and sign MOUs/contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers.
  • Set up operational processes for modern trade sales from scratch, including pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement action plans to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of agreements.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG or retail sales, preferably in modern trade.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals with major retail chains.
  • Fighting spirit with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in setting up modern trade operations.
