Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate modern trade channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, pet and convenience chains).
- Identify and approach potential partners, negotiate terms, and sign MOUs/contracts.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers.
- Set up operational processes for modern trade sales from scratch, including pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement action plans to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of agreements.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG or retail sales, preferably in modern trade.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals with major retail chains.
- Fighting spirit with a proactive, can-do attitude.
