Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensure visibility, achievement of sales targets and delivery of high quality customer service to the existent and potential clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate key account plan, profile, territory sales target
- Conduct sales visit to the assigned accounts/customers within the assigned areas to promote and sales both newly launched and/or existing assigned products.
- Propose the existing and newly launched assigned products to the assigned channel for drug listing purpose
- Prepare and implement annual key account management plan by aligning with marketing plan in order to achieve annual objectives
- Prepare proposal, presentation, sales contracts and the relevant documents
- Carry out sales calls, target high potential sales areas for maximum efficiency and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Monitor and update market trends and competitors activities in assigned territory
- Propose periodical sales target and sales activities plan to direct supervisor for own assigned products and channels
- Communicate annual account plans with customers to get alignment and support, track and conduct performance reviews with customers
- Analyze the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization
- Develop and maintain customer record, close relationships with key account, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible
- Review and update business performance, strengthen relationship, perform cooperative store problem solving, new product and product detail alteration, promotion proposition, settle trade expense and gain competitor information
- Provide sales support services to the assigned customers, eg. returning expired products, delivery of product samples, upon request
- Attend symposiums, seminars and exhibitions as required
- Plan itinerary and visit stores per planned in order to check our products situation including receiving orders
- Set and negotiate trading terms for each account including pricing and discount, quantities for standard product, promotion budget, merchandising of products, special offers, and in-store promotional activities where appropriate
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2- 5 years sales/key account executive in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Proven commercial and sales experience.
- A self-motivated, team player, service minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills
- Passionate, persevere and self-motivated to achieve the challenging sales target
- Mature, energetic, fast response, result-driven with goal-oriented
- Strong planning, analytical with logical thinking.
