Business Negotiation
Define and execute the strategy for presenting ShopeePay's payment services to merchants
Act as senior business consultant to suggest the most suitable payment solutions for merchants
Formulate win-win commercial proposals that align with both ShopeePay's objectives and the merchant's needs
Oversee the closing of key business deals and ensure the team achieves both individual and collective targets Analyze financial viability and profitability of merchant portfolio under management
Initiate and drive projects to optimize the performance and engagement of the merchant portfolio
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key strategic business partners
Coordination
Coordinate with different teams to go-live with merchants as planned and solve issues
Monitor and push for correct and timely implementation of projects
Introduce new business initiatives to internal parties, business partners, and regulators
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
Minimum 7 years of work experience in Business Development / Sales / Key Account Management
Proven track record and direct experience in team management or leading a sales / acquisition team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, business negotiation, and problem solving skills
Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal communication
Ability to work effectively in a fast pace and dynamic environment
