Job Purpose
This position will be accountable for leading projects sales team intelligence data in commercial functions
in Thailand. This person will assist Leader, Sales Thailand to deploy project sales business excellence
initiatives, mainly focusing on commercial processes by delivering process excellence programs that
address company goals.
Responsibilities
- To lead Thailand Salesforce Sales Cloud for American Standard, INAX and GROHE
- System front line support for both Project and Retail (American Standard/GROHE)
- System error coordinate with IT and Salesforce Service team (American Standard/GROHE)
- Provide user guide step-by-step and conduct the Salesforce training to Thailand Project/Retail sales / Specification users when system enhancements or updates
- Responsible to do mass upload of pipeline won / lost from sales input
- Ensure system smoothly linkage between Salesforce, SAP and PSP Gen in terms of Lease Price, Cost and Sales price
- Support on Salesforce UAT testing for sales cloud
- Analyze and data management
- Managing pipeline, provide new lead, monitoring win rate and delivery conversion
- Strategically prepare dealer rebate target and tracking
- Reporting
- Key account performance (Finance report from BO)
- Project dealer performance (BO report)
- Individual sales and margin report (Finance report from BO)
- Sales Incentive tracking report
- Estimated year end sales based on Order on Hand and Pipeline (data from SAP, Salesforce)
- Weekly sales update and define gap to go for each Project sales person
- Ad hoc sales & spec reports upon team request
- Support regional meeting and reports
- Lead on Thailand Regional Project meeting (Touchpoint, Local Key Account)
- Prepare Project Part of Monthly Performance Review meeting
- Support report of International Key Account international fee charge to THL (ACCOR, HBA etc)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in related fields.
- At least 5 years working experiences in Salesforce and Operational Management
- Excellence in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Google Sheet, Google Slide
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, good attitude and good interpersonal skills, Negotiation and Motivation Skill
- Business planning acumen and ability, demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
