Leasing Team Leader 2

Job Purposes

Identify and bring new-to-Thailand international brands to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and approachnew-to-Thailand brandsto support the expansion of the company's retail portfolio.

• Source potential international brands and assist in leasing and brand acquisition activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with overseas retailers, brand owners, franchise partners, and other business partners.

• Conduct market research and monitor global retail trends to identify potential brands and business opportunities.

• Support lease negotiations, commercial discussions, and partnership agreements with prospective tenants.

• Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Tenant Services to facilitate store openings and market entry.

• Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to identify new brands and business opportunities.

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, leasing reports, and market analysis to support business development activities.

• Maintain tenant and prospect databases, and follow up on leasing opportunities to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum2 yearsof experience in Retail Leasing, Business Development, International Business, Franchise Development, Brand Acquisition, or related fields.

• Experience working with international brands or cross-border business development is highly preferred.

• Fluent inMandarin Chinesefor business communication (spoken and written).

• HSK Level 5orBCT (Business Chinese Test)certification is preferred.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.

• Passion for global retail trends and international brand development.

• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

• Good command of English is an advantage.
