Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Guarantee strict adherence to local statutes and internal mandates, including data privacy, competition, labor law, and corporate governance.
Policy Development: Establish and refine internal legal frameworks, procedures, and standardized guidelines to streamline legal operations.
External Counsel Management: Serve as the primary liaison for external law firms, managing service quality and optimizing the delivery of specialized legal advice.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law (LL.B.) with a valid Lawyer License.
710 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or in-house legal roles with minimum of 3 years in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including sales, supply, distribution, licensing, and government contracts.
Proven ability to lead legal operations and manage stakeholders effectively with strong leadership skills.
Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) for contract drafting and international collaboration.
Business-supportive mindset with the ability to provide strategic legal advice that enables commercial growth.
Capable of managing high-pressure situations, tight deadlines, and external constraints with composure.
