Department: Legal
Team: Corporate & Content
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of practical legal advisory and contract review/execution support to various functions of the company, including corporate back-office teams and certain business/service teams
- Provide support on policies and regulatory issues
- Conduct legal research and help provide necessary legal training sessions
- Maintain good relationships with relevant stakeholders and the legal personnel network, both within the company group and externally
- Handle related works as assigned from time to time
Basic Qualifications
- An attorney licensed to practice in Thailand
- Bachelors degree in law
- At least 3-5 years of legal practice at reputable law firms and/or corporate entities
- High proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- A higher degree from an accredited foreign law school
- Experience or focused expertise on contract management and laws related to mergers and acquisitions, tax, labor, intellectual property, or litigation
- Familiarity with technology regulations and platform liability, or experience in the digital or information technology sector
