The Legal Counsel position reports to the Associate General Counsel in APAC and is responsible for serving as the legal advisor to Olympus Thailand. The Legal Counsel will oversee legal matters for the company's medical device business and corporate structure. The Legal Counsel will provide legal advice to stakeholders for contractual/corporate law, intellectual property, litigation, regulatory, and corporate governance matters.
