Role- Legal Manager

Location- Delhi

Years of experience - 9+ years of exp in Arbitration, Litigation, Contract Negotiation


Note- Must have experience working in LAW FIRMS (Mandate

)
Key Responsibilitie

  • skReview and provide legal advice on tender document
  • s.Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingl
  • y.Provide risk mitigation & management advice to business stakeholders especially on contract managemen
  • t.Provide and interpret legal information, and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to relevant stakeholder

s.Litigation manageme

  • ntCoordinating with external retained counsel ensuring correct briefing and tracking & reviewing all on-going legal matters and managing external counsel budget and expenditure

s.Contract negotiati

  • onContract Management including contract drafting, executing, documenting and ensuring compliance to the term
  • s.Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activitie
  • s.Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on tim
  • e.Ensuring appropriate contract related documentation and facilitate audit proces

s.Miscellaneous/ General Adviso

  • ryMaintain and provide details of all legal issues/disputes and the action initiate
