What You Will Do
What you will do
The Line Support Engineer is responsible for providing engineering support to manufacturing areas, including production performance optimization, cost improvement and quality improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Support production line availability and performance to achieve targets.
- Drive reduction of line losses, breakdown impact and minor stoppages through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional team to execute projects (NPD/NPI, Source)
- Support process control, changeover optimization, and Operator Asset Care to improve line efficiency and throughput.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality requirements during daily operations and audits.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, OEE improvement, loss elimination) on Sanpro production lines.
Required Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Bachelor or Master Degree in a related engineering field
- Analytical skill, logical thinking
- Can do attitude
