Job Description
- Follow up on local suppliers delivery performance by monitoring production capacity and coordinating with suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze actual deliveries versus delivery plans, and work with related departments to improve suppliers delivery performance through meetings and monthly performance reports.
- Follow up daily on customer back orders to obtain the earliest possible delivery dates from suppliers.
- Follow up daily with suppliers to obtain estimated delivery dates after APC places orders.
- Prepare supplier analysis reports, including monthly delivery performance reports and related data.
- Ensure the supply of non-current spare parts under the best purchasing conditions by managing spare parts transfers from factories to suppliers.
- Negotiate with, coordinate, and monitor suppliers to resolve production issues, including reproduction processes.
- Coordinate and monitor suppliers regarding mold and die disposal control activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in a related field is an advantage
- Good command of English, both spoken and written; a TOEIC score of at least 650 is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, as well as AI tools
