Join our Technical Department as a Maintenance Engineer and lead the management, maintenance, and optimization of production equipment, power systems, and facilities in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical review of new equipment and prepare technical specifications and spare parts plans.
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance procedures, safety standards, and process documents.
- Supervise equipment, power, and facility maintenance, inspection, and repairs to ensure safety, stability, and high utilization.
- Lead equipment upgrades, automation projects, and technical improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and production delivery.
- Manage maintenance KPIs, analyze equipment failures, and implement corrective measures.
- Provide training for operators and technical staff, assess performance, and build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with Thailand's safety regulations (OSHA standards) and company policies.
- Handle special equipment management including inspections, calibration, and replacement.
- Support digital transformation and predictive maintenance initiatives for equipment and power systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in production equipment, power, and facility management.
- Proficient in PLC programming (SIEMENS, Mitsubishi, Xin Jie), servo systems, frequency converters, LabVIEW, cameras, and robotics.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Familiar with Thailand's industrial safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai (Chinese is a plus).
- Experience with maintenance and management systems for work orders, spare parts, and equipment documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure, travel as needed, and adapt to flexible hours during factory construction.
