Maintenance Engineer

Tetra Pak is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to apply Maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.

This is permanent postion based in our factory in Rayong

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will:

• Safety function support all requirement KPI.
• Quality function support all requirement KPI.
• Maintain basic conditions of machines ensuring the machine operate according to standard.
• Participate in applying WCM methodologies to improve efficiency (OEE) and MTBI of production equipment's.
• Team leader of WCM Improvement as assignment.
• Participate and enhance in PM Pillar activity and other pillar as assignment from Manager.
• Develop and maintain standard methods as well as trainings.
• Lead MT training/skill development and control skill matrix of MT Team. (All training requires OPL/WI/POKA).
• Enhanced technology and technical skills to subordinate and PM Maintenance Technicians.
• Participate in spare parts and consumables inventory system.
• SAP PM Module system planning assignment (Myjobcard).
• Plan and solving notification tagging.
• PM-Calibration Effectively carry out the data collection and work reports daily, monthly, yearly.
• To implement & maintain ISO45001, ISO14001: 2004, ISO9001: 2008, GMP, HACCP, BRC/ IoP, FDA, Halan and other (Customer audit system) company's activities. (Support audit)
• ead MT daily meeting and Participate in Department DMS.
• Control PM, Update plan and task list, Calibration plan.
• Control and plan budget for PM work yearly.
• Leader PSM team driving.
• Lead investment project, and obsoleted spooling machine.
• Support overall machine roller movement activity.
• Maintains 5S, good housekeeping and safety in all areas (Workshop, Tooling and cabinet, desk).
• All other assignment as its need.

• Age 25-35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering/Instrument Engineering
• Have a good knowledge about electrical control system, circuit diagram, motor and drive, tools and measuring equipments, etc.
• Experienced in PLC programming, Siemens S7 is preferable, Industrial communication (Pro-FI bus, Ethernet, etc), and SCADA.
• At least 2 years technical experience of machine components, functions, and basic conditions of machines
• Good skills in maintenance of transmission, lubrication, valves, shafts and bearings, pneumatics, hydraulic.
• Good skill for computer MS office.
• Have direct experience of 2 - 3 years working in company that implements process optimization and TPM or WCM activities
• Have experience for SAP PM Module
• Ability to communicate in English is a merit and presentation.
• Working daytime at Rayong Plant if require some case of urgency on call (WFH).
