What You´ll Do
- Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
- Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on time at competitive cost.
- Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice.
- Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area.
- Monitors KPIs for engineering processes.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertiseใ
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, automation or mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Min 3 years experience in machine maintenance, machine packaging in FMCG industry would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in consumer goods.
- Strong leadership making and team management skills.
- Maintenance System, CM & PM Execution, Safety Mindset, Lead Project execution by subordinate or Contractor, PLC wiring & Trouble shooting.
- Good decision-making ability under pressure.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, TPM).
