About this PositionResponsible for executing engineering processes to deliver high-quality products on time and at competitive costs, collaborating with stakeholders to provide professional support and advice, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies, monitoring key performance indicators, and staying current with technical developments and trends in the field.

What You´ll Do

  • Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
  • Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
  • Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
  • Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on time at competitive cost.
  • Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice.
  • Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area.
  • Monitors KPIs for engineering processes.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertiseใ

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, automation or mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • Min 3 years experience in machine maintenance, machine packaging in FMCG industry would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in consumer goods.
  • Strong leadership making and team management skills.
  • Maintenance System, CM & PM Execution, Safety Mindset, Lead Project execution by subordinate or Contractor, PLC wiring & Trouble shooting.
  • Good decision-making ability under pressure.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, TPM).
